Who we are

What data we process and why

• Organizers. Your e-mail address, to sign you in (passwordless, via a link sent by e-mail) and to identify your tournaments. Legal basis: performance of the contract (providing the service).
• Tournament data. Names of teams, players and clubs, the schedule, scores, check-in, standings and rankings. They are entered by the tournament organizer, who is the controller of this data; we process it on their behalf. If a tournament or ranking is public, this information is visible to anyone with the link, as with any sports competition.
• Notifications. If you follow a team, your browser gives us a technical push address (no name or e-mail), which we store with the team followed and your language. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the tournament page or your browser settings.
• Technical logs. IP address, date and page requested, kept for a few weeks for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: the organizers' sign-in session (30 days) and your chosen language (1 year). We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for consent for them.

Who we share data with

• Hostinger: the server the application runs on (EU).
• Cloudflare: page delivery and protection against attacks.
• Resend: sending sign-in e-mails.
• Browser push services (Google, Apple, Mozilla), only for notifications you request.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep data

Organizer accounts, while in use or until you ask for deletion. Tournament data, until the organizer deletes the tournament. Notification subscriptions, until you unsubscribe or the browser invalidates them. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at [email protected]. If your data appears in a tournament, we can forward your request to that tournament's organizer. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Romania, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
